I would talk to a favorite teacher (math or physics) and see if they would make contact with the local chapter of a professional engineering group, such as the ASME or IEEE to see if there was some possible sponsorship/mentorship option.

you could always buy a granite pl8 from barb assult for95k and sell it in g/e for 115k. keep repeating this and you will make alot of money. or you could spend all your money on steel bars and smith them into canon balls.(that only has a slight profit). wcing and fletching work. or just pick a bunch of flax.
