Definitely a risk. But it may pay off.

Extreme Networks is offering next-generation data centre products to enable the migration to virtualised data centres and new infrastructure solutions that feature high scalability, performance and simplicity. The new Extreme BlackDiamond 8900-xl modules and Summit X480 stackable switches will address the demand for high performance and increased scale in the data centre network driven due to the adoption of virtualisation and outsourcing of infrastructure to managed hosting and cloud providers. Scalable data centres The benefits of a virtualised infrastructure and cloud-based applications and systems can be realised by the scaling of data centres and both hosting companies and enterprises are making efforts in this direction. As a virtualised infrastructure can enable resources to be dynamically managed and deployed, it can deliver great organisational flexibility, agility and scale. Extreme Networks says it is important for the network technology and systems to be highly scalable,…
A WONDERFUL LEGEND!!!!
I installed home security systems for many years. Obviously ADT provides excellent monitoring services, but you'll pay a premium. SAI is smaller, but a great choice.
Honestly, though, for your money, there is only so much that the monitoring company can do. A lot of what is chalked up to being crappy "monitoring" is really due to local regulations and response times. Even if the monitoring company responds instantly, if your local cops/fire/medics don't, then it won't really matter.
If you want to save a bunch of dough, pay an alarm company to install a system and PAY for the equipment outright. Then you won't get locked into a contract, and you can get a much, much lower monthly rate (like $25 vs $45-60 if you get "free" equipment). If you can't afford to buy the equipment, then there are a lot of companies that will set you up on a 3-5 year contract in exchange for a free system. A lot of these send people door-to-door, and THERE ARE LYING SALESMEN interspersed in ALL of these companies, as commission-based jobs tend to lend to that, but if you want to get the maximum system for the least, try milking the door-to-door sales guys. They'll tell you all kinds of BS about "selecting your house" and whatever, but brass tacks is, if you look sincerely interested and ESPECIALLY if you have good credit, you can get a lot more things covered. If you just call up the company, they will offer you a basic system for the same price. Like the one's you see advertised in the mail, well those ones are always pretty basic–you can get more coverage via the door-to-door guys if you know what to say/fight for.
I've installed in Chicago, and Pinnacle Security is a good company, though not local after the summer (although once monitored, kind of irrelevant). If you want to know how to max out your alarm, pm me and I'll give you some more tips.
Finally, if your house is already completed (finished basement), then don't bother with a wired system. You'll pay a lot more for the system, and most of the sensors will be wireless anyway–so waste of dough. My favorite wireless systems are GE (General Electric), particularly the sleek design of the Simon XT. Honeywell/Ademco systems are also reliable, but their sensors are a lot more bulky and obtrusive.
The Patek Philippe company stands for quality and reliability. Each single automatic movement
Dont you think that Joe Jonas is HOT!
Buy fans for the other rooms and keep their bowls filled with water and some ice cubes. Yes, their little noses just aren't good for hot weather. There are bandana like items that you put around their necks to cool them down when outside. I think you keep them in the freezer. Also, I would get a kiddie pool and let them splash around.
There's this mat called Canine Cooler that you can keep in the house and they might like that (check the internet).

Google just announced a new service called the Google Apps Marketplace. As the name suggests, it’s an online store where third-party developers can sell their applications to the 25 million users of Google Apps, the company’s bundle of online office apps like Gmail and Google Docs. The apps are integrated with Google, so that users can access them just by logging into Google Apps, and so the apps can access data within Google Apps. The benefit to Google is that the company can dramatically expand the capabilities within Apps without having build every new application itself. Google also collects 20 percent of the revenue earned by third-party apps. Developers, meanwhile, get integration with the core products in many users’ jobs, and access to a big audience. The service was announced tonight at the Google’s Campfire One event for developers in Mountain View, Calif. I interviewed a Google executive and an app-maker earlier today, but thanks to the somewhat exasperating rules that…
