I need to write a letter of proposal to my principal, in order to persuay her into letting the green team, 1/3 of the kids in my school are on green team, buy a greenhouse. I have already planned the budget, and to how we are going to use it, but now I just have to write a letter of proposal to her. I have began to write it, and this will sound stupid, but why would building a greenhouse be a worthwhile investment?

For the most obvious answer, look to existing military ships, limited only by the food that must be carried for the crew, little penalty for maximum speed and refueling at multi year intervals. There would be less environmental impact, less polution both air and water. The negative would be increased chance of proliferation, although in reality the capability to safely retrieve and convert used nuclear fuel to weapons is probably more difficult than processing natural ore.
I just got back from previewing the pictures on my camera to check if there are enough to make it worthwhile to burn a disc or whatever the phrase should be. There were two shots davka from yesterday I couldn’t place for the life of me. I kept going over all the things I had [...]

Overly tense people repel. It's a good lesson. Relaxed people are attractive people. Putting yourself in a relaxed state will be worthwhile!

Don’t skim over any areas of the e book, none of it is fluff or conjecture. Trust me, I have read one million internet advertising and marketing books and they all spend half the e-book speaking about extremely basic stuff. … I used to be telling him the reality, in the event you follow Rob’s techniques as he lays them out, there isn’t any method that you just won’t make money. He even offers you a free site to get you started, which is great if you’re new and don’t …
I’m definitely happy renting right now vs owning a home mortgage. But I would imagine that you could get some damn good deals out of this mess if you have the money on hand to buy a house. Financing is obviously not going to happen too easily.
If you are not immediately occupying the property as your primary residence then it is considered to be N/O/O, or non-owner occupied and is classified as an investment property. Usually you would have to occupy it within 30 days of closing, so if your closing does not happen until sometime in April, it should still qualify as a primary residence and not as an investment property.
