even though laminate floors are very versitile, they tend to break by the corners after a couple of years. They also turn yellow from the grease and dirt from the air and ground. I recommend wood or tile floors. I'm guessing u already have one or the other right now. Laminate tiles will need to be replaced sooner or later. I would recommend ceramic tiles because they are easy to clean and durable.
